There definitely is some kind of redirect loop happening with office 365/outlook 2016 for mac.After logging in to a brand new macOS user account, Kalvass launched Outlook. I still don't know if this is appropriate or if it is a simply just a band aid for the problem, but it seems to be working fine. I was able to add my account back by choosing to add an outlook.com account vs an office 365 account (see below).

We don’t need a separate plist for Outlook.Environments differ between organizations. This one plist shows an example where both the Office activation address and email address are the same.
